Evap line?

I’m 4 days late, and took a test that I’m sure was negative but about 15 mins later it has a very faint line, I’m sure it’s an evap but wanted to see what others think x

I dont know how long those particular tests tell you to wait to look at the results, but I'd say it's safest not to go by anything that comes up after the timeframe. Even negative tests can get a "positive" line if you leave them. That's not to say it's not positive, but if 15 minutes is outside the reading window, I'd ignore and re-test. X

Having done well over a hundred tests over the years my experience is you don't get false positives. If there are pregnancy hormones in your wee it shows as positive so it looks like you could well be in early pregnancy. Obviously do another to check. Hope this turns out well for you whichever result you wanted. Good luck let us know how you get on.

It's positive, indicating presence of HCG in your system, however I think it's too light for you being 4 days late.

Unfortunately these tests always show a thin line after the window- have been stung a few times with evaps. I always stick to pink dye tests now

Sorry to jump on, this was on a test strip within the 3 mins opened it cause I’ve never even experienced a squinter before so was far too excited! But 13dpo fmu. It does have pink colour in person. Camera quality does diminish. What does every one think? Only tested cause I had a dream of a positive pregnancy test last night!
