I'm really struggling to do pelvic floor exercises. I've tried and tried since 7 weeks but I seem to end up clenching everything; I can't isolate those muscles at all. My midwife has just told me to keep trying but I'm nearly 31 weeks now and starting to freak out a lot now. I downloaded the Squeezy app but it doesn't help me.
Would pregnancy yoga help with this? There's a class I could start on Tuesday and think this would be better than nothing...?
My work is being great and letting me have half a day off every week to get support for health anxiety, but between those and my midwife appointments I can't take more time out from work for a pelvic floor physio and there isn't a NHS one nearby that works weekends. So I need to find a way to do this in my own time.
