37 weeks struggling

37 weeks, generally feelings terrible and the past few days my morning sickness has returned with a vengeance, as well as diarrhoea. I can’t tell if my stomach cramps are my bowels or braxton hicks, or early labour?

my community midwife unit is closed today. Hospital triage have said to contact nhs if I’m working about dehydration. My concern with that is that the hospital I plan to give birth in is not my local hospital (where I’d be sent to for fluids), and I really don’t want them being involved with my pregnancy care.

what would you do? Or am I over reacting totally and it’s just a wee tummy bug?

Can you call 111 for advice? I wouldn’t worry about seeking advice at this stage

Are you not able to go to the labour ward? Don't let hosptial triage make you feel like you can't get checked out. I would call the hospital you planning to give birth in, and make them understand you need to come in, then go and have them check you out.

Did the cramps start in the centre? Or are they now on the left side more? Is there a chance its your appendix?
