Have either had a miscarriage or not

Good evening to all the lovely ladies,

I'm confused I had a early pregnancy loss on 6th March 2 weeks after that loss I found out i was pregnant again haven't had a period inbeween. Last Monday I started bleeding not too heavy or clotty lasted 3 days so I suspected another loss too early for epu to so I've been waiting for hcg to go back to zero so every 2 days I test to make sure its going down but I did a test today and the test line has become a dye stealer and hasn't got fainter like it did with my last losses, I still get cramps in lower abdomen which has confused me, this evening I had a one spec of blood when I wiped and no more for 5 hours now..

I'm trying not hang on to hope I am booked in for a scan tomorrow at 13.30pm and I'm so nervous 😬 and I'm scared 😫

Has anyone else had this experience 🤔

I haven't, I'm sorry. But wishing for the best for you. How did your scan go?

Had scan they couldn't see anything but cos she pregnancy test are still showing positive they scanned on top and internally and have said pregnancy of unknown location and said they saw something on my c section scar but not sure if it's just scar tissue from previous sections.

They are checking hcg in blood tests repeating bloods tomorrow to see if hcg rises or drop if rises I need further investigation and scan could be too early to see anything on scan so still don't know what's happening 🤔
I really hope it's not an ectopic.

I also keep spotting brown yesterday had a little red spotting and bit of brown.

I will post update if hcg os rising or declining.

So I've had my baseline hcg blood results back they rang me at midnight last night saying there has been an optimised rise in hcg in 48 hour I have to go back to epu and see a consultant right now I'm scared to what's happening no pregnancy can be detected on scan cpuld thing possibly be too early to see ? I'm hoping for the best but I can't help but worry the worst of ectopic.

I will keep an update.

Seen consultant this morning she said she think it's a possible c section scar pregnancy where the pregnancy attaches to the scar but so they want to rescan and give me an injection to dissolve the tissue at first they said maybe scar tissue they wasn't sure but treating it as c section scar pregnancy I'm wanting to make sure before they give me the injection..

I'm currently having a small bleed nothing enough to fill a pad not in any pain I have to go for another scan Tuesday before they give me treatment.
