Just found out I’m pregnant today baby #4

As the title says, I just found out today and it was unexpected! We knew we wanted #4 but thought we would get pregnant towards the end of the year. So I have no idea when I conceived!! My periods only came back 2 months ago and my cycles were over 35 days long. My last period was 23/02
how would I estimate how far along I am? I feel like I must have conceived in the last two weeks as I took a test not long ago which was negative.

Congratulations! Based on 35 days cycle you would be 7 weeks and would have conceived around March 16th. Well that’s what it gives on one of the online calculators.
you say your test was negative previously so perhaps you actually only conceived later. I suppose you won’t know until your scan.
