Faint positive after MAP

Hello, I am really hoping for advice if anyone can help.
I took the morning after pill (Ella one) 10 days ago. I took a pregnancy test this Sunday as that is when my period would have been due. At first I thought it was negative but on close inspection when holding up to the light I could see a very faint line. I have retaken a test today and it was exactly the same (not getting darker and can only be seen held up towards light).
I have an 18month old son and when taking a pregnancy test for him after a missed it was clearly positive.
unsure what to do. I have contacted my local sexual health clinic and pharmacy but they can’t help.

If you only see something if you hold it up to the light I'd assume you're just seeing the indent line. There's a line etched into the test where the dye will settle if there's a positive, but if there isn't any visible colour to the line then I'd read it as a negative.

Thankyou for replying. There is a slight bit of pink but I have to look really closely. Like I said above it’s not any darker than what It was 2 days ago.
