period or implantation

i’m experiencing some light pink spotting/bleeding and i’m unsure what it is. i’m on cycle day 55 and 27 days late for my period - i am supposed to come on 19th april as im usually very regular. i never experience spotting or cramping but am currently experiencing the two.

we’ve been having unprotected sex so it could be pregnancy which we’re prepared for but just wanted to know others experiences and hear peoples thoughts.

i last tested the 3rd or 4th april, most recent unprotected sex has been 26th and 28th march, 2nd and 10th april.

please let me know your thoughts!

Going off your dates of unprotected sex, you wouldn’t be pregnant enough for a test to be positive. It sounds like a cycle where you haven’t ovulated yet or maybe you’re about to have a period and ovulated late. Weight loss, exercise and stress can affect your cycle.
