Just curious if I had sex 7 days before my ovulation period will i have a chance of conceiving? So say if I had sex 7th of April just after my period and my ovulation period is today 14th-20th? Could I have got caught between 7-14th or is it best to start now baby dancing now?🥲

In reality sperm live for 2 maybe 3 days.

Sperm need fertile cervical mucus to survive or your body tries to fight them off. They arent just hanging around for days on end.

Yes. The irony is I test ovulation to avoid pregnancy. Ovulation wasn’t due for another week. It came early and I knew there was a risk I could fall pregnant and I did. 😂

@Lulu89x makes sense 😂 when you don’t want pregnancy that sperm will live for a week but when wanting the pregnancy the sperm from the day before ovulation won’t do the trick
