So spotty! Advice for pregnancy pimples?

I’m 11.5 weeks and oh my goodness, the lower half of my face is just covered in pimples and spots. Little white heads and some bigger spots. My skin is usually clean so I’m not sure what to do. Anyone else? Any advice?! Help!!

My daughter is now 3 months. Similar but spotty forehead once into second tri things started clear up naturally

Exactly the same boat haven’t had a breakout since I was a teenager. I’m 16 weeks and tbh it hasn’t gotten any better. I’ve just been using pimple stickers.

I haven’t tried those but will look into them.

Argh me too my skin has been horribly spotty and dry on one side of my face and my nose. I've gone into work so self conscious with people wondering what the hell has happened to me. I've started using cera ve cleanser. The blemish control one seemed to make it worse so trying the hydrate one
