Anxiety at loss of symptoms

Currently 6weeks 6 days pregnant, and the anxiety is driving me crazy.

We had an early scan at 6 weeks 3 days, and could see the flickering heartbeat which measured 6weeks 3 days, so matched my dates perfectly.

But since the scan all my symptoms have completely disappeared. I have no nausea, my boobs feel less tender and I just don't feel pregnant.

Has this happened anyone else? Any reassuring stories?

To add, I have had a previous early loss at 6 weeks, as well as a healthy 3 year old. I had really strong l, obvious symptoms of my pregnancy with my 3 year old, starting very early so this is adding to my anxiety

Hey! I know it’s different for everybody but just wanted to try and reassure you a little bit - my symptoms completely disappeared around this time and I though it was all over too, then they came back in full force around 8 weeks. I know it’s much easier said than done but try not to worry, you’ve seen a little heartbeat which is really positive sign 😊

Yes mine subsided a lot at 7w but back at 9w. They fluctuate it’s worrying but normal x

Thanks both. I appreciate the replies. Trying to persuade myself to relax and enjoy the lack of symptoms while I can. It is easier during the week when I'm so busy with work, I find it's the weekends that I start to over analyse everything.

This happened to me and came back about 2 weeks later so badly I had to take time off work and take sickness meds.
its very hard not to stress out x

Thanks for this. I suppose without symptoms it just doesn't feel real, but hopefully I will start to relax over time.
