I know I'm referring to the sex of the baby not gender but a title about sex disappointment is very different thing
I'm just wondering how common it is to be disappointed about the sex of your baby. No judgement here.
I had a boy the first time and found out super early with sneak peek because I wanted to know to bond and pregnancy has enough surprises. I would've been happy either way.
This time I had a private scan at 16 weeks and they said boy (here they don't tell sex of baby at anatomy scan). Then at 30 weeks or so at a growth scan they said girl. Either way I'll be happy if I have a healthy baby at the end of it.
I'm 38 weeks + 4 days so hopefully will find out who is correct in a couple of weeks.
What has been your drive for a particular sex of baby or personal experience. I admit I'm super nosey and aware people have preferences.
