I've taken 2 pregnancy tests, one on day of expected period and another today 2 days later. Do these look positive to you? I've had 2 chemicals in the last 6 months so really nervous it's another since these are so light. I begin to wonder if I'm imagining the whole thing. But today I'm 2 days late, sore breasts and a crampy stomach. It feels like perioud pain so I can't stop going to check. I feel in limbo!

That second one definitely looks pregnant to me. (I’ve just looked again and so does the first one) I’ve always had strong positives by then. I’ve had two ectopic pregnancies so spent loads of time googling pregnancy tests and I know some peoples have looked lighter. Did you definitely ovulate when you think you did? Mine was really faint two days before missed period then really dark two days later. Good luck 🤞🏻

Used clear blue ovulation kit. Had peak fertility on the 25th so assuming I ovulated around the 27th. That would make today 16 dpo. Guess wait another 48 hours and test again.

I can see lines but they do look very light for 2 days late, maybe you ovulated slightly later or implanted later though. Test again in a couple of days, good luck x

I tested in the night with my pregnancy two days before missed period. Couldn’t wait 48hours so I tested again first thing in the morning. My line was still very faint and similar to the first so I thought chemical or another ectopic. Waited 48hours thinking the worst, tested again and BFP! Hope you get the outcome you want. 🙏

Thanks will test again tomorrow morning maybe. Could also be light positive line today as while it was 1st urine of the day, I was up in the night with my 2 year so invetiably ended up needing the loo at like 3am.... so maybe not as concentrated as it could have been? I feel so desperate for this to happen and feel like I only have a handful of chances left as Im about to turn 40. Fingers crossed. I don't think I can cope with another early loss. It feels so cruel to get your hopes up and then having it taken away.

Hi, my current pregnancy was this light until about 7 days past expected period. I'm now 9 weeks and looking healthy!
My last pregnancy I had super dark tests from day 1 of expected period and it ended in a mc.
Tests don't show the outcome of a pregnancy, just that you have hcg in your system.
There is also such a range in hcg levels between each woman and each pregnancy.
So tentative congratulations! Keep positive and if you're struggling go get your blood numbers looked at, don't rely on pee sticks! X

Thanks that's good to know. I just remember having a very clear positive with my little girl whereas this is a bit vague. Congratulations, hope it all goes well for you! X

Today it's getting darker.... I'm feeling a bit more positive. Maybe I did just ovulate or implant later than expected?

Definitely looks darker and I don’t feel mine got darker between the first day, these were mine

12dpo
13dpo
15dpo
17dpo

I googled it loads too and found some people didn’t get a bfp until 17/18 dpo.

please keep us updated 🤞🏻

Thanks for sharing. That's really interesting. Guess I'll try again in another 48hrs and hope for my bfp! I'm feeling like I may be today purely from the fact that my breasts are so sore. I don't get that with my periods at all.

They were the 5 day early tests I did too. Praying for you. 🤞🏻

I've just started spotting. Feeling absolutely gutted! It's so bloody cruel.

I’m sorry OP, it is so difficult. Do remember
though that some spotting can be totally normal in early pregnancy, it is not always a sign of bad x

Sleepisnonexistant · 15/04/2025 16:30

Thanks all but it was a loss. Feel absolutely gutted.
