I’ve just finished work for maternity leave. Everyone has been so nice including my work team and I feel so guilty leaving. I got a box of chocolates and a thank you card for the team. My boss got me flowers and a card. I feel like I should have got him something personally also. I feel like I don’t deserve all this kindness. My friends threw me a baby shower which was so lovely and unexpected and work also did the same. Why is everyone so nice to me? I don’t get it. Maybe it’s my hormones.
