40+3 today!
Had a Cervical sweep yesterday at 12 noon. 2cm dilated and midwife said she was able to do a really good sweep.
I had crampy period sensations in the early evening but none of which were painful, went to bed and woke up with nothing more (also slept like a baby!)
Have had lots of bloody mucus plug today but no other signs or symptoms.
Does the bloody mucus plug mean the sweep was successful?
I’ve been booked for induction Sunday but really hoping to avoid it!!
Need some positive sweep stories 🤞🏻🤞🏻
