So I'm pregnant and my baby daddy broke up with me a few weeks after we found out. He says that he's gonna be there for me and the baby but he has yet to actually show that.
I want to create a parenting plan and go after him for child support after the baby is born but he is Native American and I'm unfamiliar with the Washington state laws when it comes to stuff like that.
He also has a drug and alcohol problem (he's underage) and I want to make it to where he has supervised visits in my home but I don't want him to get in trouble because he has substance abuse problems and him hating me for it.
