Low hcg at 12 weeks

Ultrasound scan, nt and papp-a came back normal. But bHCG level was at 0.56 MoM. High risk ds of 1 in 19 came with it. Has anyone received similar and is the low hcg a worry?

Mine was much lower then that with both pregnancies. Other than for the combined screen hcg levels mean nothing at 12 weeks. Have they explained why you have a high risk result? Typically with downs risk it's high NT and Hcg that pushes the result up x

They said everything was normal other than low hcg, we had a mmc last year and my wifes 30 of mixed ethnicity. Maybe that has something to do with it.
