Does anyone know if partners can stay overnight at Chesterfield Royal hospital?

If they can’t, what are the visiting hours for the post natal ward please? I’ve tried to google but can’t seem to find a straight answer!

No problem 😊 I went for Chesterfield even though Derby is a bit closer. From the latest CQC reports it looks like Chesterfield is better run and better staffed. I had a chat with my midwife about it and she also mentioned CRH have more birthing pools. Do you have a few options?

Thank you! I’ve actually already elected for Chesterfield, I was asking because I hoped you’d say Chesterfield haha. My closest is actually Sheffield but I’d read so many awful stories - that coupled with their Requires Improvement rating put me right off. I checked the CQC ratings around me before choosing and Chesterfield was a clear winner for me. They’ve been super lovely so far as well! How has your experience been?
