I think I see a faint line but unsure. The photo was taken within the time frame. My period is due on Wednesday so I should be about 13dpo right now.

For 13dpo and right before your period I would expect a clear line. Could you have ovulated later?

Test again tomorrow or better yet, Thursday morning!
