You've not given any other details about DPO etc.

I stopped depo four months ago and I been trying to get pregnant so I woudknt be able to know about period because I never would get my period in depo so idk if this is implantion bleeding due to it being just one day that it happended and because it has that stretchy mucus or maybe a sign of my period regulating to normal after stopping depo but idk the difference

All you can do is do a test now and again if you're not having regular periods
