Help. Hip pain

As the title says. I get hip pain at night whenever I try to sleep on my side. Both sides. As soon as I turn , within 3-5 minutes the pain hits. Only 12 weeks gestation. Surely can't be Pelvic girdle pain this early. Got symptoms early-ish withy previous but they were twins and thought that was why. But I don't even think that was this early.

Anyone experienced such? Anything I can do to alleviate it. Stopped me sleeping most of last night. O could only managed to sleep on my back which is potentially ok now but not for long
My mattress is a bit old but I have a memory foam topper.

I'm slightly behind you in gestation, but my hips have been really bad from early on. I sleep with a really thick pillow under them and that's helped, although there's starting yo be some discomfort again when I've stayed on one side too long. I think I'll end up sleeping sitting up by the end of this pregnancy 😅

Oh dear. It's just so uncomfortable and I was thinking it was way too early for a pregnancy pillow but I'm just going to order one to see if it helps

I’d be making the most of still being able to sleep on your back at 12 weeks, I left it till the very cut off to sleep only on my side ha!
sleep on a folded up duvet cover underneath hips, pregnancy pillows under bump / knees.
take heat to bed for on hips only (avoid bump)
paracetamol if needed but to be honest at best only takes the edge off!
