Can anyone offer any reassurance?

Hi all, looking for some reassurance. I was just with my doctor and there is blood in my urine but nothing else to indicate UTI. She has prescribed me antibiotics just in case and referred me for an early scan.
I have had some cramping the last few evenings. Has anyone else experienced similar? I'm really hoping this is just a UTI and nothing more sinister x

I’m 22 weeks, but had blood in my urine last week. No other symptoms so got put on antibiotics. Hope that helps a little.

I remember being given antibiotics for a UTI during a routine appointment in the past but I had no symptoms.
