Which pre-natal vitamins?

What pre-natal vitamins are recommended these days? Not been pregnant in 5.5 years, and just found out I am (just, less than 5 weeks).
I seem to remember taking Seven Seas last time. I'm now 40, and have been ttc with PCOS for two years.

I'm taking cytoplan pregnancy vitamins and their omega ones too. Found the pregnacare ones gave me constipation.

I’ve used pregnacare, boots own brand, and ones the midwife gave me at the booking in appointment. All seemed to have similar amounts of the various vitamins. I’ve seen some people say the pregnacare ones made them feel sick and my NCT instructor seemed to not like them as a brand, but I don’t know why!

I’ve been using Proceive women, but heard Wild Nutrition is great too. I might use their pregnancy one instead of Proceive

Wild Nutrition- pricey but good. I've also used Inessa and Zita West.
