Faint line?

10dpo and I think I can see a verrrry faint positive line?! Or am I kidding myself. Almost a year TTC now

The line hasn’t got any darker this morning, stayed the same. Should I be concerned?

i spoke to a nurse at early pregnancy unit today who said there are too many variables to use the tests for progression lines. “As long as it’s not getting lighter” was my takeaway. Good luck!

I see a line 😊 I’d give it a few more days then test again - HCG should double every 48 hrs or so. Good luck and keep us posted xx

I’ve started having a bit of brown discharge. Think it’s my period. I can’t keep going through this heartache 😭

@SWMum9I am so sorry 😢😣😔 I really hoped that this wouldn’t be the case for you. I also had a chemical pregnancy last week after 16 months of trying so I absolutely resonate with and understand how you are feeling right now. It is just so awful. Thank you. So my sorry you have experienced it too. It’s truly awful and an emotional rollercoaster. Stark negative test this morning and my period 😭 I have so many pregnant friends too. It’s hard

@SWMum9it is so hard, especially when you’re surrounded by pregnant people - I totally get it and am in the same boat but have worked very hard to try to not let it affect me as I went through a stage when it was just getting too much and actually turning me into quite a negative person. Try and see this experience in a positive light rather than a negative one - the very fact that you got pregnant is a massive step in the right direction. Yes it didn’t work out this time, but who’s to say that next time it won’t? I think chemical pregnancies are very very common and I don’t know how much truth there is in this, but I have heard a lot about increased fertility in the months following a loss. Keep trying - your time will come and it’ll make it so much more special when it does. That’s what gets me through the tough times.

Have you been to the GP yet for any fertility investigations? If you haven’t then that might be worth considering.

I am being seen by the recurrent miscarriage clinic and have had my blood tests so far. Getting the results in a couple of weeks xx
