I’m 7 weeks and I have the worst sickness. I don’t want to eat because It makes me feel awful but I’m bloody starving all the time!!

when I had my son I lost my apatite and lived off of peanut butter sandwiches and tomatoes 😂

any help of what I can eat to settle the hunger but help with sickness would be great.

For me the only thing I could keep down in early pregnancy was water melon. Not great in terms of calories but it made me feel better as I was eating and it didn't feel awful.

I hate watermelon but knowing how this pregnancy is going I’ll love it 😂 I’ve bought lots of salad thinking the same that it’s gentle on my stomach.

I lived off lemon wedges, crisps, McDonald's chips, and rich teas. I found I was better if I managed to nibble a biscuit and sip some water before I even sat up in the morning.

I hope you find something you can face (and keep down!)
