Confusing Badger Notes notification

My Badger Notes has a notification saying ‘Please ask your midwife for private time at your appointment’. Why would this be? I always go on my own to the midwife appointments anyway. Anyone have any ideas?

It could be a generic message. Some partners will attend all appointments so asking for a private slot gives them time to check everything is OK.
