2 ectopics- both managed expectantly- low AMH - needing advice

Hello ladies!

I'm at various crossroads at the moment. I conceived 3 times since Oct 23. March 24 (left tubal ectopic - managed expectantly), August 24 (10 weeks miscarriage also managed expectantly, no D&C ), Feb 25 (left tubal ectopic - managed expectantly). Because of this last ectopic, I have been discharged from a fertility clinic in the UK with the option of one funded cycle by the NHS as I'm turning 40 shortly. I'm currently asking my GP to be re-referred. My AMH is 0.9, 6 follicles, and FSH 3.2.

I have the option of going to a European country where health insurance covers 3 rounds of IVF. However, from their point of view, since I had been able to conceive, I would have to wait 6 months to be accepted for treatment. This is what I have been told when I miscarried on Oct 24.

I'm thinking of asking for a referral in this European country shortly (there's a 2-3 month waiting list). However, I'm considering whether or not to mention this recent ectopic to avoid delaying IVF treatment any further. I have not done an HSG yet and I was thinking of asking for it based on the first ectopic or doing it privately before undergoing treatment.

What would you do in my case? It would mean that I need to move from the UK, but that's not a huge issue as I have a flat in this European country and I'm currently looking for jobs after finishing my recent studies. I just need to direct my energy... Your thoughts would be highly appreciated.
