BBT 5 weeks pregnant

I’m exactly 5w today. And the past few days my temp been declining on Apple Watch. Worried as google says it isn’t a good sign. Had 2 previous losses so extra anxious.

It’s not recommended to track BBT once pregnant as it can fluctuate so much and isn’t really an indicator of anything. It’s not worth the extra anxiety

Yeah I wish I hadn’t been tracking it as panicked all day now. But my watch just automatically does it.
