I am pregnant with my second child. I never had any symptoms of pregnancy at all with my first born, I was completely oblivious to being pregnant. This time I have the most swollen breasts and they are sooo painful. I keep feeling light headed and having spells of feeling faint during the day. I can’t seem to hydrate enough and I have period like pains too.
When I was tracking my ovulation, I had an LH peak of 2.0 and then it came down on the following 3 tests and then it rose again to high 1.86 a day or so later. Does this mean two peaks? I am so paranoid that this means I could be pregnant with multiples!
Any advise or similar situation/experiences appreciated!
