I’m such a worrier ! Should change my name to ā€œ worry knickers ā€œ šŸ˜‚ but can you use any sun cream during pregnancy ?

Could be an overreaction if not using regularly but I didn't use normal suncream first time round as I heard it could absorb and affect hormones etc.
I bought some that made a barrier on the skin instead of being absorbed... I think it was this one amzn.eu/d/ighAU4Z
Might order some more actually šŸ¤”

I've not heard anything about not using sun cream in pregnancy? I went abroad a few weeks ago to a hot country and if I hadn't worn sun cream I'd have been a lobster! Skin is much more sensitive in pregnancy so I'd have thought SPF would be quite important if you're going to be exposed to higher levels of UV. Otherwise there's the risk of sun burn, sun stroke and dehydration, all of which are surely not good for a growing baby. Check with your midwife if you have any concerns though.

Agree I’m the same. Just put on some sun cream today without a second thought.
