Red spots on new horns eyes/face? PICS

Hi guys, just looking for some experience if there’s any on here. We saw my midwife and she discharged us this week, and she said they just look like stork marks but they seem to be getting worse. I’m waiting for a call back from the GP just incase it’s an allergy or something but my baby has these red spots on his eyelids/face/around his eyes. They seem to pop up new every day… he’s exclusively breast fed and he’s 2 weeks old today. Does anyone know if this is normal/expected? His skin is super dry aswell. It’s my first baby so not sure what is considered normal!

Both my newborns had terrible skin for the first few months. Red spots, white spots, dry patches etc. If it was me I’d use aveeno baby moisturise and see if it helps a bit with the dryness.

Id also check you’ve washed their sheets/ your clothes/ their clothes in non-bio washing powder. Don’t wear perfume etc as they may be irritated by it if they come into contact (my baby got an irritated/ spotty cheek and I realised it was from my top.
