Anyone else have to pay to know the sex of your baby?

Because at Shrewsbury hospital they won't tell you you have to arrange another scan and pay £70 to know.

That is terrible! do you have to pay that hospital to tell you or do you have to go private?

I got it free but they were wrong

I had to pay for an anomoly scan at 22 weeks and they told me the sex then.

Up here (central Scotland) you only get one dating scan at 16 weeks and they won't tell you the sex.

As I had a scan at 13 weeks for suspected mc that was my scan!
