12 week scan nub/skull theory

Hi girls had my 12 week scan and just wondering if anyone would like to have a guess what you think I could be carrying? I am so impatient did anyone else get a early gender scan?

On the basis of no scientific knowledge and purely on instinct I would say that looks like a girl’s facial structure.

No clear clues but I will guess boy :)
