Nub theory - what’s the earliest?!

Is it pointless having a guess at 11 weeks?

I would say so, I had a private scan just before 11 weeks (unrelated to gender) and she said nub looked very girly, Infact she said she’d put money on it. But then my dating scan with nhs which was around 12/13 mark showed a very obvious boy nub. 100% having a boy (I’m 25 weeks now). My point is all nubs can look like a girl until they are fully developed.
