Hi all,
I know there are so many threads about this topic, and so clearly I thought “what’s one more?”🤣

I lost my first pregnancy to an early miscarriage at around 5 weeks last month and my husband and I have tried again this month (before my period).
We fell pregnant relatively easily last time (although it didn’t feel like it) and I am just hoping it’s the same again.

I was wondering how long it took you all to conceive afterwards? It was my first pregnancy and although the miscarriage was heartbreaking, it has really intensified the want to be a mum and we really feel ready to have a baby of our own.

Thank you all in advance. 🩷

Sorry you've been through this, OP. ❤️

Conceived within a couple of weeks first time round, miscarried in July, let my periods settle for August, started TTC again in September, found I was pregnant again in October. 😊

When I took out my implant last year, I actually didn't know if I was 100% about having children. My husband has always wanted to have a baby but I figured I'd give it a go and see how I feel. If it happened, it happened. (Sounds mad saying this aloud!!) Early miscarriage made me realise I was still curious about what life would be like if the pregnancy had carried on, so we tried again. 27+3 and still don't regret it yet!

Good luck! 🍀 🤞🏼

Thank you, this is such positive news.
I’m so hoping we get our rainbow baby soon.

Trying to keep my chin up and hopes high.

Warm wishes for the rest of your pregnancy. 🪽🫧

Hi @anglmI'm so sorry for your loss. It is truly heartbreaking. I have a 16 month old boy, conceived first time, no issues.
We started ttc for baby 2 a few months back. It took 3 months to get a bfp, which really isn't that long. Sadly, that ended in a miscarriage at 6+2. But the sac was only measuring about 4 weeks. We tried to concieve immediately and fell again without a period in-between. Then again, sadly miscarried at 5 weeks exactly. After a week of finding out. It's been tough. I'm currently ovulating right now so we have been trying again. But honestly I'm so scared. Wish you all the best. Have you been testing for ovulation? X

I came off the pill in April last year. Got our first positive at the beginning of July but it ended in miscarriage at 10 weeks in August. I feel pregnant again in October which was another loss at 9-10 weeks in December. I found out I was expecting again in February without a period first and had a scan a week after I found out and was already 8 weeks so I must have conceived a few weeks after my loss! I'm now 13 weeks and have had my dating scan. I've been on progesterone since my scan at 8 weeks

You have been through so much. And the rollercoaster that comes with each loss is so intense.
I remember that week after was just such a blur.
I pray that you get your rainbow baby soon and complete your little family. 🌈🪽

I’m so sorry that you’ve been through loss. It’s such a tumultuous ride, but I really pray your pregnancy this time is smooth (and you can enjoy it!) and that you get your take home baby! 🩷❤️‍🩹

I already have a daughter. Conceived in 2019 with her I stopped the pill in August and got my positive in December. So each time I've conceived quite quickly.
It helped that I have come from a family that talks about these things. I know my nan had a miscarriage as did my mum, one of my sister has had 2, the other had a termination for medical reasons. My cousin has a lot of miscarriages and struggled to stay pregnant but now has two children. It's been easier as I've always known the positive test doesn't yet mean a baby, still difficult and hurts a lot but slightly less bad than if I felt I was completely alone in my experiences.
