Expired one step pregnancy tests (negative results)

Hi,

im due my period tomorrow. I assume I ovulated around the 12th march. I have been having lots of pregnancy symptoms.

I have done about 4 tests by the brand one step that have all came back negative, sometimes I think I can maybe see a faint line but think imagining it. (Will attach photo) I soon realised these tests are 15 months expired! I probably bought them about 3 years ago. Is it possible I’m getting false negatives ?? Has this happened to anyone with expired tests?

I don’t normally get pre period symptoms but I have sore boobs, cramping on and off, twinges in ovaries, discharge, emotional etc.

Yes possible they are false negatives. 15 months is a long time, but they may be true negatives too, so best get an in date test and wait a few more days
