Hello. Does anyone have any good videos or workout plans for keeping your core strong during pregnancy?
I've worked hard to keep all my workouts going but somehow with my routine shifting a bit the middle got left out. I run several times a week and have weights sessions in the gym as well as upper/lower body toning workouts at home.
I normally do either 5 or 10 minutes ab workout of YouTube but my usual choices are all lying on your back which you are supposed to avoid in 2nd trimester. I've tried a few labeled for pregnancy but they don't feel very challenging/engaging or the ones that do are 30 mins which doesn't really fit my routine.
