Potty shot

Had a 14 weeks scan and they handed me this potty shot they had.

wanted peoples opinions on this please and a description of what can be seen. The sonographer was rushed and also didn’t measure the baby so not 100% sure if they measured 14 weeks

What did they tell you?
I'm no sonographer, so I'm probably wrong! But I think I can see two legs with genitals in between. It looks like a boy to me, but like I say, I'm not experienced in this! I'm just going by my own baby's scan.

That’s a boy. You can see his testicles, penis, legs, feet, abdomen and an arm.

Definitely boy! Also be prepared to get torn to shreds for using the phrase ‘potty shot’

They said that she didn’t want to say gender as boy and girl too similar at 14 weeks

My friends said she saw 3 lines and that it’s too early to say

maybe! Im not sure as my first son was totally different maybe it’s the angle

For legal reasons they’ll say they can’t tell you the sex until 16+ weeks or so on their website because vulvas can be quite swollen and mistaken for the opposite sex genitals this early. However, that is quite clearly a boy and there’s a reason they snapped that angle to give to you. They’re telling you without telling you.
