I’m am 26 weeks pregnant since and November I have had bleeding from the bum and now blood clots. I’ve been doctors 4 times and hospital twice no one seems to be helping. I’ve never had this before and the toilet bowl is red most the time. It doesn’t leak out or in my pants etc only when I’m on the toilet or having to poo. My poo is sometimes a weird colour too sorry TMI. I just want some answers or advice as I’m not getting anywhere. I’ve put photos it’s almost like a period from the bum! Doctors and hospital have checked and just told me it isn’t haemorrhoids and if continues come back which I’ve been doing. They said constipation maybe but it’s been since November surely that can’t be it 😓😓

Was this happening before pregnancy? It can be internal haemorrhoids if it’s recently appeared

For me this was persistent for years and I had a pre-cancerous large bowel polyp, it’s very important to pester the doctors if this persists!
