I’ve had babies before and experienced spd/pgp or whatever it’s called these days. I’m definitely suffering from this again but I feel it’s more than that. I get the pain down the centre of my pubic bone but I just feel so stiff generally around my lower back, hips and pelvis as a whole. I have to hold on to walls to stabilise myself sometimes, especially when I’m first up from sitting or laying down. Once I get a bit of momentum it’s not so bad. Also possibly seperate issue but it feels like baby baby might just fall out! (If only it were that easy!) I don’t know if all of this is just because he’s perhaps laying quite low, I don’t see my midwife for a few more weeks and it wasn’t anything mentioned at my last appointment.
im just looking for advice/opinions really as its only going to get worse. I’m still working and my work is relatively physical, although I am slowing down considerably I just want to keep my income rolling in as long as I can but the last week or so I’m finding it increasingly hard.

Have you tried a pregnancy belt
Great for posture and back ache but will also help you stop feeling like baby is about to drop out.
