Yellow orangish discharge

Hello, I'm 18w4d, first pregnancy. I've always had a lot of discharge, often with a yellowish tint, and I've been told it's because I've got cervical ectropion. My discharge has increased since pregnancy and my midwife didn't seem too worried given my ectropion and I've had no itchiness etc. Today, though, there's a tiny little spot on my panty liner which looks like the discharge has an orangish tint to it. There's nothing when I wipe, it all looks clear, it only ever looks like it has some colour on the panty liner, but the orange has threw me off a bit. It's only a tiny bit, like a speck of colour, so I'm unsure whether it should be a cause of concern or just something to maybe do with hormones? I'm not itchy. No pain, nothing. I've got mild pelvic pain from time to time, but I'm not sure if that's just from the uterus expanding. I've also got quite bad back pain, especially on the lower right side, so maybe the pain from this is radiating to the front. I'm thinking about calling the GP or midwife in the morning just to go get a swab done and make sure everything is okay, but wondering if anyone else has had similar?
