To be absolutely exhausted at 30 weeks?

FTM currently 30 weeks. Felt pretty good up until 28 weeks but since then have been experiencing insane exhaustion. I had similar in my first trimester - no sickness just unable to even think straight with the tiredness, napping in the middle of the day. Has anyone else experienced this? I feel like I'm living in treacle! My 28 week bloods put my iron as lower end of the scale but still 'normal for pregnancy'

I'm also on Clexane, just in case that's relevant!

Keep an eye on your iron levels as I was like this for weeks and eventually needed an iron infusion.
Also low BP / high heart rate can make you feel very tired and breathless, low energy etc.

I ended up on strong iron tablets in the third trimester. I was offered the infusion but I refused based on the side effects, and just asked for the stronger iron tablets. I was massive the last few weeks of my pregnancy, and was waddling like a penguin. Very uncomfortable, and very tired. It was a relief when I got her out, but had to continue with the iron tablets for a month or so after birth. I’m sure if the midwife is concerned about your iron levels, they will keep an eye on it.
