Breech baby - booked c section.

just looking for others stories or experiences that have maybe been in my position before.

i am 37 + 2 days pregnant at the moment and my little boy is still breach, I had attempted a ECV a few days ago but baby’s bottom was not budging so have been booked a c section for the 5th of April, has anyone had this before but baby has turned before hand.. really wanted to go natural again but as long as he gets here safe that’s all that matters just wanting to know if anyone has had this and the baby has gone head down in the last few weeks.

i have a little boy who is nearly 2 already who was natural birth.

Hi OP, this was me last year with my daughter. I was all booked in for my section, I went in for my final scan beforehand and she was head down so went back home :)

I had this, baby never turned. I actually went into labour spontaneously while she was still the wrong way round. Section went fine, was the safest way in the end.

Four of my NCT group had breech babies - either first or second. One turned the day before her section, two turned during labour, one didn't turn.
