I was diagnosed with an incomplete miscarriage at 6w 3d started spotting at 5w 5d didn’t have any heavy bleeding until day 5 when I woke up from a nap and had bled through my pants and had passed tiny little clots. I ended up going to the er they did an intrauterine ultrasound baby was where they needed to but there was no heart beat and baby was measuring 6w 1d so 2 days behind. It’s been 2 days since I’ve been diagnosed I hadn’t been bleeding heavy just blood when I wiped , but earlier today I got an intense cramp then when I went to the bathroom I had passed a pretty big blood clot that I assume was my poor precious baby 😔 but something in me is telling me my baby’s okay I havent really bled since I passed the clot tiny amount when I wipe but that’s it idk if I’m just in denial and don’t want to accept it but I’ve been looking at my sonogram of my sweet little bean and I need advice do you think this could be a subchorionic hematoma and it’s just to early to hear the heart beat or did I infact have a miscarriage. I have a follow up appointment with my OB in a week and a half praying my baby is still there and has strong heart beat 😩🙏🏼

I put arrows where I think the hematoma could be but the ultrasound tech didn’t say anything about it so maybe I’m wrong .

If the sonographer hasnt mentioned anything then they probably havent noticed anything there.
Its hard to measure at this age and they may bring you back in for another scan, unfortunately the sac looks very thin, so may have lost some of the sac. Im really sorry you're going through this!
