Early pregnancy symptoms second time round

I’ve just started ttc #2, currently in the 2ww. I’m curious if you have more than one baby, how your pregnancy symptoms differed? Did you feel better/worse second time round and did you have early symptoms?

Since my cycle returned I actually get hardly any PMS symptoms whereas before #1 I had sore boobs, spots, bloating and spotting from ovulation right up to AF! But I ‘knew’ I was pregnant from about 10 dpo as my boobs hurt in a way I hadn’t experienced before, and I was also so thirsty.

So I’m wondering if I’m going to feel the same or if it can be different?

Oh I also had horrendous sickness the first time round but it didn’t really kick in until about 7 weeks. I’m hoping to avoid that!

Absolutely exhausted and had to nap no choice but to lie on the sofa. I was shattered. Food I liked all seemed repulsive

I'm nearing the end of my second pregnancy and honestly, they have been absolute opposite experiences. So much so, I was convinced they were different sexes as I've had different symptoms, cravings, weight gain, how I carry etc etc but, nope, both the same.

Pregnancy 1 - sickness kicked in around week 7 and lasted till week 16ish, strong food aversions (completely went off meat), sweet cravings, high BP, appendicitis, had to have a tooth out in the second trimester, pre-eclampsia. Gained weight all over, terrible skin. Anterior placenta.

Pregnancy 2 - sickness started week 5. Developed HG and still being sick now at 39 weeks. Low BP, fainting and dizziness, mouth ulcers, savoury cravings, anemia, clear skin, severe pelvic pain. All bump, gained very little weight. Posterior placenta.

Just found out I'm pregnant with my second (possibly 6-8 weeks) and already there are differences.

First born, i had practically no symptoms other than weeing a lot through the night and had a big craving for chocolate milkshake. Had quite an easy pregnancy first time. Very lucky ⭐️

This time round , i have been absolutely RAVENOUS and i mean can't stop eating, constantly feeling hungry 😭 and weeing a lot in the night again. Tiredness is insane at the moment, even with plenty of sleep. Luckily still feel fine within myself but the tiredness is a killer some days. 😔

I'm on pregnancy 4. I had hyperemesis with the first 3 pregnancies - first was my daughter followed by two miscarriages. I'm pregnant again and have barely any symptoms but am now 12 weeks and seen a lovely baby on the dating scan!

I didn't find out I was expecting this time until over 7 weeks with just a little bit of nausea in previous pregnancies I was off sick and unable to keep food down by that point!
