Could I be pregnant?

I feel like this could all be in my head but nevermind.

I had a misscarriage in December 2024. For the last 2 months on & off i’ve had dizziness, nausea, fluctuating body temps & vomitting. At one point my boobs randomly decided to grow I’m quite small chested so this was very noticeable and they appeared veiny. I had weird bubbling feelings in my stomach on & off as well as like a pulling sensation? I’m on the pill and haven’t had a proper period in years, however I’ve started having spotting now since yesterday not enough for a pad but its there when I’m wiping? Took a test yesterday was a BFN so not sure what else this could be.
I had a blood test done 2 weeks ago for anemia etc and it came back clear but i’ve heard that if you dont request to be told about pregnancy they don’t show it or something?

Our bodies can be weird at times and all of these symptoms can be related to things other than pregnancy. If you're testing negative then it's unlikely to be pregnancy. Did you test negative after your miscarriage out of interest? Sorry to hear of your loss.

And yes, a test for anaemia would not show pregnancy. When blood is taken for a specific reason then that is all it is tested for.
Maybe think about booking in with your GP to discuss your concerns and they can recommend if any tests are needed.

@remaininghopeful23

Thank you so much

After I spoke with early pregnancy unit at my hospital they told me to test 3 weeks after, which I did and came back negative, I bled for around 2 weeks after it also. Thank you for the advice, I did express my concerns to the GP before the blood test, they tested for anaemia, Tired all the time screenings etc things like that from my symptoms. I'm just concerned that I don't know what's causing me to feel this way

OK it's good that you tested negative after your miscarriage as there's certain conditions where some HCG remains in your system following a loss, but you've been negative since so that's good. Could you go back for a follow up with GP seeing as the anaemia bloods are normal? They may need to explore what else to look into now seeing as they've crossed off the anaemia theory. I would push for more tests if you're not feeling right, spotting etc.
