Is anyone else feeling the same? 🙈
Yesterday I made a breakfast wrap with 2 eggs, avocado, spinach and some grated cheese. I got hungry an hour or so after and had a bowl of cereal.
Hungry again an hour or so before lunch and had some crackers and dip. Then had a chicken sandwich with some blueberries on the side.
In the afternoon I made a smoothie with some dates, half a banana and some peanut butter.
For dinner we had a lamb and spinach curry with rice.
Then I was finally full 😅
I'm hungry now so off to get some crackers and hummus...
