Low Beta Hcg level?

Hi, my beta hcg report was 374 at 5 Weeks 2 days, Doc advised to repeat it in 48hrs but I repeat it on 4th day and it is showing 1474 at 5 week 6 day. Is it normal? I know the no.s double every two day? But as per doc it is very low & suggested to do tvc ultrasound after ,10 days. I m worried.

There is such a huge range at this early stage in pregnancy. But the fact your number has increased significantly is a good sign.
The only thing you can do it wait and follow advice from the doctors.

Just looked at the numbers properly, they have doubled and doubles again? I'm not sure what you're worrying too much about number wise?

It's still within the normal range. As PP said the acceptable range at this stage varies hugely. Why were the bloods being done is probably more important?Bleeding/cramping? They are pretty much doubling which is good.
Are your dates 100% certain?

Seems absolutley fine, i wouldnt worry. My first beta was 54 at 16dpo equivalent, and i repeated it 4 days later it was 350. i am now 9 weeks pregnant and have seen a strong heartbeat 3 times. Im still cautious due to other losses but i would of been extremely happy with your numbers. there is hcg calculators online you can enter your data in, yours has a doubling time of 48.52 hours. the range is actually 48-72 hours. But defo take the TV scan, at 6 weeks you should hopefully see the heart beat

Hi Dear, Thanks for replying.. yes my dates are correct, my lmp was 7th Feb 25 & as per my period tracker app I m currently 6 week pregnant. I was worried because my doc said my beta hcg is low and advised to go for tvs ultrasound on 7 week 3 days. I m having black pain since last night and little bit stomach pain. But will keep everyone posted post my tvs ultrasound. It has been scheduled on 29th March. Hope everything will be fine.

@LaTable yes Dear the numbers doubled which is a good sign but it's my second pregnancy & numbers for 5week 6 day seems low as per my doc. I remember my first pregnancy where no.s were around 35k on 7th week when I found out that I was pregnant. But finger crossed..will share update post tvs ultrasound.
