Fertility test result advice

Hi there, not sure if this is the right topic to post this under.
I’m a 31 year old woman who is thinking about starting a family.

I’m struggling to interpret the results of my fertility tests. I tested on the third full flow day of my period (but I spotted 4 days before the first full flow day). My AMH came back as 1.3, FSH was 7.2, and my estrogen is 71.96.

I understood from my fertility specialist that my AMH is on the low side for my age and that even though my FSH is normal, the number combined with a higher estrogen level (which she said was over 65) means my ovarian reserve is declining faster than it should be.

Could anyone help interpret these results? How worried should I be?

Thanks so much!

You've had the right explanation from the specialist who ordered the test, would they not be the best person for any followup queries?

Just to note, there are two measurements for amh bloods, I think uk (or nhs anyway) seem to use p/mol, but there’s also mg/ml. I’m assuming yours is mg/ml? It just gets confusing if you’re trying to compare to numbers online/other women. For example mine is 3.8 p/mol which is very low.

yes, I guess I was just hoping to hear from anyone that may have had similar results on what their experience was.
