Is this early discharge in pregnancy

Im having low blood pressure and now im seeing this in my discharge r this signs of early pregnancy ive tested and show up negative but then this shows up .

What can this be

Just discharge, thrush?

Im not sure im dizzy light headed and boobs feel tense but I have negative results ima try blood work

If your in the UK, they won’t give you a blood test to see if your pregnant. When’s your period due?
