Early pregnancy?

I started a ‘period’ 2 days early rhat was spotting on the tissue within the next 3 days it turn to a normal flow so I thought it was my period it stopped then the spotting came back im showing signs of pregnancy and my breasts are more sore than ever i was wondering if anyone else’s breasts looked like this in the early stages I think if I was pregnant I’d roughly be around 3 weeks and if not why are my nipples so large and sore

No since I was bleeding a usual flow i didnt think I could be pregnant and today I noticed my breasts were leaking a milky clear liquid im very confused because I didn’t think you could bleed so heavy

Hormonal issues maybe? You would not be producing colostrum this early.
